3. Heat Fusion: Hold both pipe and fitting against heated tool until proper heating time is reached (follow manufacturer’s fusion chart).

4. Join & Hold: Quickly insert pipe into the union socket and hold until joint cools and solidifies.

3. Union Assembly

1. Ensure Gasket Present: Check union O-ring/gasket is in place and clean.

2. Fit Pipes Together: Align both PPR pipe ends fitted with union halves.
