What is Elbow 63mm DADEX PPRc ?
Description
- The Elbow 63mm DADEX PPRc PN 25 is a 90-degree elbow fitting made from Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PP-R), specifically type 3, designed for use in plumbing and HVAC systems.
- It is used to change the direction of piping by 90 degrees, ensuring smooth flow and minimizing pressure loss.
- The fitting is suitable for both hot and cold water supply, as well as heating applications, due to its high temperature and pressure resistance.

Key Features
- Sanitary & Non-toxic: Safe for potable water applications
- Corrosion Resistant: Does not rust or scale, ensuring long-term performance
- High Temperature & Pressure Resistance: Suitable for both hot and cold water systems, as well as HVAC applications
- Heat Preservation & Energy Efficient: Low thermal conductivity reduces heat loss
- Easy Installation: Uses heat fusion (socket fusion) for leak-proof joints
Installation
- Tools Required: PPR fusion welding machine, pipe cutter, chamfering tool
- Steps:
- Cut the pipe to the required length and chamfer the edges.
- Clean the pipe and fitting surfaces to remove dirt or moisture.
- Heat both the pipe and fitting simultaneously using the fusion machine.
- Join the heated pipe and fitting together, ensuring proper alignment.
- Hold in place until the joint cools and solidifies.
- Note: Always follow the manufacturer’s recommended fusion time and temperature for 63mm PN25 fittings.
Usage
- Applications: Hot and cold water supply in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings; HVAC systems; chiller pipelines; and other plumbing networks requiring high temperature and pressure resistance.
- Compatibility: Compatible with other PPR pipes and fittings of the same pressure rating and standard.
Additional Notes
- Always use fittings and pipes from the same manufacturer to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods unless the product is UV-stabilized.
