Description

• The Elbow 63mm DADEX PPRc PN 25 is a 90-degree elbow fitting made from Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PP-R), specifically type 3, designed for use in plumbing and HVAC systems.
• It is used to change the direction of piping by 90 degrees, ensuring smooth flow and minimizing pressure loss.
• The fitting is suitable for both hot and cold water supply, as well as heating applications, due to its high temperature and pressure resistance.

Installation

• Tools Required: PPR fusion welding machine, pipe cutter, chamfering tool
• Steps:
  1. Cut the pipe to the required length and chamfer the edges.
  2. Clean the pipe and fitting surfaces to remove dirt or moisture.
  3. Heat both the pipe and fitting simultaneously using the fusion machine.
  4. Join the heated pipe and fitting together, ensuring proper alignment.
  5. Hold in place until the joint cools and solidifies.
• Note: Always follow the manufacturer’s recommended fusion time and temperature for 63mm PN25 fittings.
