The Dadex Nikasi End Cap is a “socket-style” fitting made from high-quality un plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC). Unlike pressure pipes for water supply, this is part of the Nikasi range specifically engineered for gravity-flow and atmospheric vent systems.

• Primary Usage: To permanently or temporarily close a pipeline or vent stack.

3. Installation Methods

Depending on the specific variant you have (Solvent vs. Rubber Ring), follow these steps:

A. Solvent Cement Jointing (Permanent)

1. Preparation: Cut the 50mm pipe square and remove all burrs from the edge.

2. Cleaning: Wipe both the outside of the pipe and the inside of the End Cap with a dry cloth or a dedicated uPVC cleaner/primer.

3. Application: Apply a thin, even layer of Dadex Solvent Cement to the pipe end and the fitting socket.
