🔧 Installation Guidelines

1. Cut the Pipe:

   • Cut the pipe square using a pipe cutter or saw.

2. Deburr & Clean:

   • Remove burrs and smoothen the cut edges.

   • Clean both pipe ends and the Tee socket interior with a dry cloth.

3. Apply Solvent Cement:

   • Use a brush to evenly apply PVC solvent cement to both pipe ends and inside the Tee sockets.

4. Assemble Joint:

   • Insert the pipe ends into the Tee sockets fully (without twisting).

   • Hold in place for about 30 seconds to allow initial setting.

5. Curing:

   • Leave for at least 15 minutes before handling and 24 hours for full curing before applying pressure.

6. Testing:

   • Conduct a hydrostatic pressure test before commissioning the system.
