Dadex Nikasi uPVC Access Plug (110mm) is a specialized cleanout fitting in the Nikasi soil, waste, and vent (SWV) system for drainage, sewer, and ventilation networks.

Description

This access plug provides a removable cap or cover on 110mm uPVC pipes, enabling quick entry into drain or sewer lines for maintenance. Made from un plasticised polyvinyl chloride (uPVC), it resists corrosion, chemicals, and microbial growth while staying lightweight and fire-safe.

• Size: 110mm outer diameter, with wall thickness around 3.0-3.2mm for standard SWV use.​

• Standards: Meets ISO 3633, EN 1329, and PS 3214 for non-pressure gravity drainage.

Usage

Primarily for drain, sewer, and ventilation systems in buildings, it allows rodders or tools to clear blockages, inspect lines, or clean without pipe disassembly. Ideal for soil (toilet waste), waste (grey water), and vent pipes to prevent siphoning and vent gases safely.

Installation

Cut pipe squarely, deburr edges, and clean surfaces before applying Dadex solvent cement evenly to pipe and socket—insert without twisting and hold 20-30 seconds. For rubber ring joints, lubricate, push in fully, then withdraw 10mm for expansion; secure with clips every 1.2-1.5m.
