Made from un plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC), this fitting is lightweight, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and designed for long-lasting performance in cold-water pressure systems. 🔧 Installation Guidelines

1. Cut the Pipe:

   • Cut the pipe square using a pipe cutter or fine-tooth saw.

2. Deburr & Clean:

   • Remove burrs and clean pipe ends and socket interior with a dry cloth.

3. Apply Solvent Cement:

   • Use a brush to evenly apply PVC solvent cement on both pipe end and inside of socket.

4. Assembly:

   • Immediately push the pipe fully into the socket (do not twist).

   • Hold for 30 seconds to allow initial bonding.

5. Curing:

   • Allow at least 15 minutes for handling and 24 hours for full cure before pressure testing.

6. Testing:

   • Perform a hydrostatic pressure test before putting the system into service.
