🔧 Installation Guidelines

Cut the Pipe:

Cut the pipe square using a pipe cutter or fine-tooth saw.

Deburr & Clean:
-
Remove burrs and clean pipe ends and socket interior with a dry cloth.
-

Apply Solvent Cement:
-
Use a brush to evenly apply PVC solvent cement on both pipe end and inside of socket.

Assembly:
-
Immediately push the pipe fully into the socket (do not twist).
-
Hold for 30 seconds to allow initial bonding.

Curing:
-
Allow at least 15 minutes for handling and 24 hours for full cure before pressure testing.

Testing:

Perform a hydrostatic pressure test before putting the system into service.
