Installation

• Cut pipe squarely using pipe cutter or miter box.

• Remove burrs and clean both pipe ends and fittings.

• Dry fit pieces to check proper fit.

• Apply PVC primer to pipe outer surface and fitting inner socket.

• Immediately apply PVC solvent cement to both primed surfaces.

• Insert pipe fully into fitting; twist slightly for even adhesive distribution.

• Hold pipe and fitting together for about 30 seconds to prevent pushout.

• Allow joint to cure as per adhesive manufacturer’s instruction before pressure testing.

• Lay pipes in trenches with soft bedding material; ensure proper slope and support.

• Backfill carefully by hand near joints to prevent damage.​​
