Product Description

The Elbow 25mm 90° Q-Therm PPRc PN 25 is a polypropylene random copolymer (PPRc) fitting used to change the pipeline direction by 90 degrees. It is designed for hot and cold water supply systems and is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing. Being food-grade and non-toxic, it ensures safe transport of potable water. Imported from the UAE, this fitting is manufactured under strict international quality standards for durability and long service life.

Installation Guidelines

1. Cut the Pipe: Use a pipe cutter to cut the 25mm PPR pipe to the required length, ensuring a clean and straight edge.

2. Clean & Mark: Clean both pipe and elbow ends. Mark the insertion depth on the pipe.

3. Heat Fusion: Use a PPR fusion welding machine set to the recommended temperature (usually 260°C). Heat both the pipe end and the elbow socket simultaneously.

4. Jointing: Quickly insert the pipe into the elbow socket up to the marked depth without twisting. Hold in place for a few seconds until it sets.

5. Cooling: Allow the joint to cool naturally (do not apply water or force).

6. Testing: Once the full system is installed, perform a pressure test to ensure leak-proof joints.
