What is AGM upvc End Cap 3/4″ ?
AGM UPVC End Cap 3/4″ Schedule 40 is a solvent-weld fitting manufactured by Arabian Gulf Manufacturers (AGM) in Saudi Arabia, designed for capping the ends of UPVC pipes in pressure, drainage, sewerage, and water supply systems. These fittings conform to ASTM D2466 standards for Schedule 40 PVC pressure/DWV applications and are produced using high-quality SABIC UPVC raw materials with rigorous quality controls.
Product Description
AGM UPVC End Caps seal pipe ends securely in plumbing systems, preventing leaks and contamination. Imported from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, they suit residential, commercial, and industrial uses like water supply, sewerage, drainage, and ventilation. The light gray fittings offer advantages including lightweight design, low friction, watertight joints, corrosion resistance, and flame retardancy up to 80°C.

Applications
These end caps work in cold water supply, sewerage, drainage, waste/ventilation, and non-pressurized HVAC lines. They resist chemicals, biofilms, and environmental stress without corroding, ideal for imported quality in Middle East-sourced projects.
Installation Guide
Cut pipe square with a 15° bevel on the end. Apply UPVC primer to pipe and socket (scrub 2-3 coats), then solvent cement in a circular motion—first to pipe (to socket depth), then socket, and reapply to pipe if over 1¼”. Insert pipe into cap socket with ¼ turn, align, and hold 30 seconds; cure fully before pressure testing. Use AGM adhesives for molecular fusion; avoid skin contact and ensure ventilation.
