Step-by-Step Installation Steps

Unscrew & Disassemble First: Always completely take apart the three-piece union before introducing heat. Welding the fitting while fully assembled will permanently melt, warp, or destroy the internal EPDM O-ring and damage the compression threads.

Clean & Prep: Cut the 25mm PN 25 PPRc pipe square using professional shears. Ensure both the pipe ends and the union’s internal socket faces are dry, spotless, and free of dust. Mark a 15mm fusion depth on the pipe ends.

Heat Symmetrically: Slide the first pipe end and one half of the union body onto the $260^\circ\text{C}$ welding adapters at the same time. Hold firmly without turning for exactly 7 seconds.

Align & Join: Pull the parts cleanly from the iron and push the pipe straight into the union socket up to the 15mm mark. Do not twist. Hold still for 4 seconds to lock the homogenous joint ring. Repeat this entire process for the second half of the union on the opposite pipe.
