The Tee Female 32 × 1″ Brass RAKtherm PPRc PN 25 is a hybrid PPRc fitting designed to connect three pipelines, where two 32 mm PPRc socket ends are joined by heat fusion and the third branch features a 1-inch female brass threaded connection. It is used to connect PPR piping systems to threaded metal components such as valves, pumps, water meters, pressure gauges, and plumbing fixtures in hot and cold water and HVAC applications. Installation Procedure

1. Cut the 32 mm PPR pipe squarely using a PPR pipe cutter.
2. Remove burrs and clean the pipe ends.
3. Heat both the pipe and the PPR socket using a fusion welding machine at approximately 260°C.
4. Insert the pipe into the fitting without twisting and hold until the joint cools.
5. Wrap PTFE (Teflon) tape or apply an approved thread sealant to the 1-inch male threaded component.
6. Tighten the threaded connection with an appropriate wrench without overtightening to protect the brass insert.
7. Allow the fusion joints to cool completely before pressure testing.
8. Perform a hydrostatic pressure test before commissioning the system.
