What is Tee 110mm RAKtherm PPRc ?
The Tee 110mm RAKtherm PPRc PN 25 is a T-shaped polypropylene random copolymer (PPRc) fitting used to connect three 110 mm PPR pipes and create a branch line in hot water, cold water, and HVAC piping systems. It allows fluid flow to be divided into two directions or combined from two lines into one while maintaining the pressure and temperature performance of the piping network.
Product Description
The Tee 110mm is manufactured from food-grade PPRc material and is designed for socket-fusion welding with compatible 110 mm PPR pipes. The fitting forms a permanent, homogeneous, leak-proof joint and is suitable for potable water, HVAC, industrial water distribution, and heating systems. RAKtherm PPRc fittings imported from the UAE are designed for long service life, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance under high pressure and temperature conditions.

Industrial Fluid Transport
Suitable for non-corrosive industrial liquids compatible with PPRc material.
Irrigation and Utility Networks
Used in water distribution systems requiring reliable branch connections.
Installation Procedure
1. Pipe Preparation
- Cut all 110 mm PPR pipes squarely.
- Remove burrs and clean the pipe ends.
2. Heating
- Heat the pipe ends and tee sockets simultaneously using a calibrated PPR fusion welding machine at approximately 260°C.
3. Fusion Jointing
- Insert each pipe into the tee socket to the required depth.
- Do not rotate during insertion.
- Hold firmly until cooling is complete.
4. Alignment Check
- Ensure all three branches remain aligned before the joint solidifies.
5. Pressure Testing
- After installation, perform hydrostatic testing according to project specifications before commissioning.
Usage in HVAC and Water Supply Solutions
