🔧 Tools Required

• PPR socket welding machine (20–160mm capacity)

• Pipe cutter (guillotine or scissor type)

📋 Step-by-Step Installation

1. Cut Pipe Perpendicularly

   • Use pipe cutter to make clean, square cut

   • Deburr and bevel edge at ~15° angle

2. Clean Surfaces

   • Wipe pipe and fitting with clean, dry cloth

   • Remove dust, oil, moisture (no solvent needed for PPR)

3. Mark Depth

   • Measure insertion depth on pipe (full socket depth)

   • Mark with marker for alignment

4. Heat Fusion

   • Heat welding machine to 260°C ± 5°C (standard for PPR)

   • Insert pipe and fitting simultaneously into heating die

   • Heating time for 75mm: ~8 seconds
     Heating time for 40mm: ~6 seconds [standard PPR fusion times]

5. Join & Cool

   • Remove from heater and insert pipe into fitting with straight push (no twisting)
