Step-by-Step Installation Steps

1. Cut & Clean: Cut the matching 20mm PN 25 PPRc pipe square using sharp pipe shears. Ensure both the pipe end and the internal socket of the RAKtherm End Plug are completely clean, dry, and free of grease.

2. Mark Depth: Mark the fusion depth (approx. 14 mm for a 20mm fitting) on the pipe using a marker to prevent over-insertion, which can restrict flow lines inside the pipe.

3. Heat Simultaneously: Push both the pipe end and the end plug onto the $260^\circ\text{C}$ welding machine adapters simultaneously without twisting. Hold for exactly 5 seconds.

4. Join & Align: Pull the components smoothly off the welding iron and push the pipe straight into the end plug socket until the marked depth is reached. Do not twist the parts while pushing, as this can distort the fusion rings. Hold firmly for 4 seconds.

5. Cooling: Allow the joint to cool naturally for at least 2 minutes before handling or applying any physical stress. Never use water to accelerate cooling.

6. Pressure Testing: Wait at least 24 hours after the final weld before subjecting the finished installation to formal hydrostatic pressure testing.
