Step-by-Step Installation Guidelines

1.Pipe Preparation & Cleaning: Pre-Assembly Check.

Cut the 63mm PPRc pipe squarely using an industrial pipe cutter. Clean both the exterior of the pipe end and the internal socket of the RAKtherm end cap with an alcohol-based cleaner to remove oil, dust, or moisture.

2.Mark the Insertion Depth: Avoid Over-Insertion.

Measure and mark a precise insertion depth of 24 mm from the edge of the 63mm pipe. Marking this ensures you do not push the pipe too deeply into the end cap socket, which could restrict internal water flow.

3.Simultaneous Thermal Heating:260°C Fusion Target.

Set your PPR welding machine to exactly 260°C (500°F) with 63mm dies. Push the pipe end and the end cap onto the respective heating male/female tools simultaneously. Maintain firm pressure and heat them for exactly 24 seconds.
