The Elbow 110mm RAKtherm PPRc PN 25 is a high-pressure, 90° socket-fusion elbow fitting made from third-generation polypropylene random copolymer (PPRc), imported from the UAE and rated for hot and cold potable water HVAC systems up to 25 bar at 20°C.

Step-by-step installation

Cut pipe to length
-
Cut the 110 mm PPRc pipe square using a proper pipe cutter.

Remove burrs and lightly chamfer the pipe end.

Mark fusion depth

Measure and mark the required insertion depth on the pipe end according to the 110 mm fitting’s socket depth (per RAKtherm welding tables).

Clean surfaces

Wipe pipe end and fitting socket interior to remove dust, oil, or moisture.

Heat pipe and fitting
-
Insert pipe and elbow into the 110 mm heating die simultaneously, without twisting.

Heat for the specified time (typically in the range of 30–40 seconds for 110 mm; refer to RAKtherm welding table for exact time).

Join

Remove pipe and fitting together from the heater.

Immediately push them together in a straight line until the marked depth is reached. Do not twist.

Hold firmly for the cooling time specified for 110 mm (usually several minutes) before releasing or stressing the joint.
