2. Usage & Applications

This reducing tee is used to branch a smaller 32mm service line from a 75mm main header.

• HVAC Systems: Chilled water circulation and condenser water lines.

• Hot Water Supply: Rated for continuous operation at 70°C, with a peak short-term resistance up to 95°C (for geyser/boiler outlets).

• Potable Water: Chemically inert and non-toxic, ensuring no change in water taste or odor.

• High-Pressure Zones: Ideal for the lower floors of high-rise buildings in Islamabad/Dubai where static pressure is greatest.

5. Important Safety Note for HVAC

For HVAC Chilled Water applications, even though PPRc has low thermal conductivity, it is highly recommended to use Closed-Cell Elastomeric Insulation (like Arm flex) over the RAKtherm pipes to prevent surface condensation during humid Islamabad summers.
