AGM UPVC Elbow 2″ Schedule 40 is a 90-degree (or 45-degree variant) solvent weld fitting from Arabian Gulf Manufacturers in Saudi Arabia, used for directional changes in pressure plumbing, sewerage, drainage, water supply, and HVAC systems. It connects UPVC pipes in gray or white, offering corrosion resistance and lightweight durability for residential or commercial applications in Pakistan.​

Description

This elbow fitting alters pipe direction by 90° or 45° in main lines for cold water distribution, sewerage, or HVAC exhaust drainage, compatible with AGM Sch 40 pipes. Produced in Jeddah using SABIC UPVC resin, it ensures high impact resistance and smooth interior for optimal flow. The 2″ size (nominal OD 2.375″ or 60.3 mm) suits medium-pressure lines in buildings.​

Installation

Cut pipe squarely, deburr, and dry-fit the elbow for alignment before applying primer (dry 10 min) and solvent cement to both socket and pipe spigot. Insert with a 1/4-turn twist, hold 30 seconds; allow 24-hour cure per ASTM D2855, avoiding temperatures over 60°C.​

Usage

Ideal for cold water supply, gravity sewerage/DWV (ASTM D2665), HVAC condensate drains (<60°C flue gas), and irrigation with no galvanic corrosion. Not for hot water (use CPVC) or gas/compressed air; perfect for watertight joints in Pakistan’s plumbing and HVAC projects.
