Installation Guide

Tools Required

• PPRc socket fusion welding machine with appropriate heating dies (63mm & 32mm)

• Pipe cutter (for clean, square cuts)

• Deburring tool

• Marker & tape measure

• Pipe support clips

Installation Steps

1. Prepare Pipe Ends Measure and cut the 63 mm and 32 mm pipe ends squarely. Remove any burrs and debris.

2. Clean & Align Ensure pipe ends and reducer socket sockets are clean and dry. Misalignment leads to weak joints.

3. Heat Socket Fusion

   • Heat the fusion tool to ~260°C (recommended for PPR)

   • Insert the 63 mm pipe and 63 mm side of fitting into heating dies simultaneously

   • Heat for 16–19 seconds (for 63mm)

   • For 32mm: heat for 10–12 seconds

4. Join Pipe & Fitting

   • Quickly but carefully push the pipe into the fitting socket straight

   • Hold without rotation until the joint cools and solidifies

5. Repeat for Smaller SideHeat and join the 32 mm pipe end to the 32 mm side the same way.

6. Cooling & Support

   • Allow joint to cool fully (45 seconds for 63mm, 30 seconds for 32mm) before pressurizing

   • Support the pipe to prevent sagging and allow for thermal expansion

7. Pressure Test Test the connected system under pressure to ensure no leaks.
