Installation Procedure
- Cut the 32 mm PPR pipe squarely.
- Clean and deburr the pipe end.
- Heat the pipe and fitting simultaneously using a PPR fusion welding machine at approximately 260°C.
- Insert the pipe into the socket without twisting.
- Hold in position until cooled.
- Apply PTFE/Teflon tape to the 1″ brass male thread.
- Screw the threaded end into the female-threaded valve, fitting, or equipment connection.
- Perform pressure testing before commissioning.
