• Material: Made from UPVC (Un plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride), a durable plastic known for its excellent chemical resistance, high strength, and resistance to corrosion, rust, and scaling. Schedule 80 indicates a thicker wall than Schedule 40, allowing it to withstand higher pressure applications.   
• Size: The nominal pipe size of 1-1/4″ (DN32) indicates the inner diameter that it connects with.
• Type: Double Union Check Valve. This design features two unions (threaded or socketed connections with a nut that can be unscrewed) on either side of the valve body. This allows for easy installation, removal, and maintenance of the valve without having to cut the pipeline.
