This fitting has two distinct ends:

32 mm socket end: For fusion welding into PPRc pipe systems

It enables transition from PPRc piping to metal components without changing pipe diameter, making it essential for HVAC water supply, potable water systems, and industrial fluid distribution.

Installation (Socket Fusion Welding)
Tools Required: PPRc socket fusion welding machine (200–230°C), pipe cutter, deburring tool, welding gloves
Fusion Time Chart for 32 mm:
Installation Steps:

Cut pipe: Square cut, clean, deburr outside/inside

Mark depth: 16.5 mm on pipe end

Heat: Insert pipe and fitting into welding tool simultaneously for 8 sec

Join: Remove tool, insert pipe fully into socket, hold for 6–7 sec without rotation

Cool: Let joint cool naturally for 4 min before pressure testing

Thread connection: Screw 1″ metal component into female thread (use thread seal tape if needed)
⚠️ Critical: Never reduce cooling time; ensure proper alignment during fusion to avoid weak joints.
Usage & Applications
Why PN 25? Higher pressure rating than PN 20/PN 16—suitable for high-pressure systems and high-temperature applications.
