- Heating:
- Use a PPR welding machine.
- Heating time for 32mm pipe: ~8 seconds.
- Joining:
- Insert pipe into End Cap immediately after heating.
- Processing time: ~4 seconds.
- Cooling time: ~2 minutes.

- Ensure proper sealing with no gaps.
- Allow full cooling before pressurizing.
