Installation Guide

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Preparation

   • Cut both pipe ends square and remove burrs

   • Clean and dry both pipe surfaces thoroughly

   • Mark insertion depth on both pipes (33mm for 110mm side, 26mm for 75mm side)

   • No need to sharpen pipe (unlike aluminum foil PPR pipe)

2. Equipment Setup

   • Mount appropriate dies (socket & punch) on welding machine heating element

   • Connect welding machine to 220V AC power supply

   • Ensure welding temperature reaches 260°C

3. Heating Process

   • Insert 110mm pipe and reducer socket into heating dies simultaneously

   • Heat for 50 seconds (110mm)

   • Heat 75mm pipe for 30 seconds

   • Do not rotate during heating

4. Joining Process

   • Quickly remove from heating tool

   • Insert 110mm pipe into socket with light pressure

   • Insert 75mm pipe into other end with light pressure

   • Correct misalignment immediately after insertion to avoid weld stress

   • Do not rotate during insertion

5. Cooling

   • Hold steady for processing time (15s for 110mm, 10s for 75mm)

   • Allow to cool naturally (8 min for 110mm, 6 min for 75mm)

   • Do not handle or pressurize until fully cooled

   • Support pipe with clips every 32 inches

• Molecular fusion only – no threading, glue, or mechanical seals

• Can be installed outside the building (UV resistant)

• Wear protective gloves during welding
